- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always accepted, and your statutory rights are never affected
- Returns are by post only, and we'll send you the return address once you contact us
- We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you
- We never charge restocking fees
