Delivery at Low Goose is simple: it's free on every order, with no surprise charges. Here's how we process, dispatch and deliver your order.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order processing

Daily cut-off: 5:00 pm UK time, Monday to Friday
Processing time: Orders are prepared, checked and dispatched within 1–3 business days
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on a Friday, at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are processed from the next business day

Delivery times

Transit time: 7–14 business days once dispatched
Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days from the date of your order

Carriers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries may take slightly longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on every order to a UK address. The total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay, with no handling fees added at the final step.

The carrier for your parcel depends on your address, the size of your order and current availability, so it reaches you as quickly as possible.

Fulfilment and dispatch location

Low Goose is operated by ECOM BILAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in London. Our products are fulfilled and shipped by logistics partners and warehouses that may be located outside the United Kingdom.

Your order may therefore be dispatched from a location different from our registered address. Our London office is our business and correspondence address, not the place orders are shipped from.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that it may be fulfilled and shipped from a warehouse or fulfilment centre outside the UK.

Customs, duties and import VAT

The price you pay at checkout is final. Any import VAT, duties or customs fees are handled by us as part of fulfilment, so you will never be asked to pay extra when your parcel arrives.

Tracking your order

Every order is tracked. We'll email your tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch, and you can follow your parcel at any time on our Order Tracking page using your tracking number or order details. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please allow one more day before contacting us, as carrier systems can take time to refresh.

Missing parcels

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and any safe place you've nominated, then let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days, so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Your order remains our responsibility until it reaches you.

Delays

We work hard to deliver within our estimated timeframes, but weather, customs checks or carrier disruption can occasionally cause delays. If your order is running late, contact us and we'll look into it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if an order isn't delivered within the agreed time.

Address changes and cancellations

Address changes: Spotted a mistake in your delivery address? Email support@lowgoose.com straight away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't started processing.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, you can still cancel under your 14-day right to cancel by following our Return and Refund Policy.
